1. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

This will depend on what you order and what your preferred shipping method is.

For products that are in stock, the product will be available for collection or shipping within 1 – 2 business days. Shipping usually takes an additional 2 – 5 business days (depending on the method you select during checkout). That brings your combined timeframe to 3 – 7 business days.

For custom orders (not the customisation of faces, but the “create your own” option), the product will be available for collection or shipping within 3 – 5 business days. Shipping usually takes an additional 2 – 5 business days. That brings your combined timeframe to 5 – 10 business days.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns / refunds for custom (“create your own”) orders.

For other products, we can offer an exchange. To qualify for this, the product has to be in a condition good enough for resale; and be received by us (shipping for the sender’s account) no later that 10 business days after the initial purchase. After we have assessed the condition of your order, we will contact you with the exchange options.

4. How do I become an affiliate for Gloopies?

We require our affiliates to truly be passionate about our brand. You will have to purchase a set of Gloopies (from any range). The set consists out of one small, one medium and one large. We do offer a discount on the purchase of an affiliate set, but there is still an amount payable. Think of it as an investment – because you will be able to profit from selling our beloved Gloopies!

5. Are Gloopies hypoallergenic?

YES! We only use hypoallergenic materials.

If you do, however, experience an allergic reaction, please seek medical attention immediately. Please also let us know of such reaction, so that we can act responsibly and tell customers of the possible risk.

6. Can I wash my Gloopie?

Yes – you can!

We recommend handwashing your Gloopie, but you can also wash it in the washing machine on low heat (30 degrees maximum) and a low spin cycle. Do not tumble dry – air dry or use a hairdryer!

After washing, the Gloopie might appear lumpy. Just knead the Gloopie to refluff the stuffing.
